REMINDERS TO SHARE WITH YOUR ENTIRE GROUP:

Listed below are some LAST MINUTE reminders as you prepare for your upcoming event at Alhatti’s.  We look forward to serving you in EXCELLENCE!

IMPORTANT NOTE:  ***Please SHARE this REMINDER webpage with your entire group by having them text the word REMINDERS to phone number 951-309-8439.  They will receive an AUTOMATIC link to view this webpage from their phone.***

  • If you get lost or need directions, call our Front Desk at 951-659-2066.  You can ALSO use your GPS Navigation System or CLICK HERE FOR DIRECT LINK TO GOOGLE MAPS.  We are located off the I-10 & Highway 243 in the San Jacinto Mountains above Palm Springs.
  • Bring a warm jacket
  • Winter Shoes (not tennis shoes, as they will get soaked)
  • Boots preferably
  • Beanie or Hats
  • Gloves
  • Sleds if you plan to go tobogganing on the bunny hills
  • Ear Muffs (optional)
  • Flashlight (not required by recommended)
  • Bring a warm jacket (seasonal, check weather reports)
  • Insect Repellent Spray if planning outdoor activities
  • No pocket dogs or any type of PETS are allowed on the property. No exceptions.
  • When the GROUP arrives by bus or car, *ONLY THE GROUP COORDINATOR* needs to get out at the Front Desk to pickup envelope with keys which are assigned according to the ROOM LIST spaces already designated.  Then the bus driver should drive your entire group to the Conference Center where you can distribute keys and give important details to your group, etc.  All other automobiles following the bus or arriving by car as a part of your group can meet you in the Conference Center as well.
  • Be sure to SUBMIT all permission slips and liability/waiver forms to the FRONT DESK upon arrival.
  • You will be given a Guest Reservation Card to complete for each person on property.

  • Each Group Coordinator should have FINALIZED the room list no later than 72 hours prior to arrival and communicate any additions/subtractions to the assigned Alhatti Reservations Liaison

  • During your retreat, we have support team standing by to take you to and from the meeting rooms to your cottages should the need arise.
  • Unless other arrangements have been made our standard meal times are as follows:
    • Breakfast – 8am-9am
    • Lunch (if requested in Group Rental Agreement) – 12pm-1pm
    • Dinner – 6pm-7pm
  • Food / Snacks are prohibited in the cottages, however you may have packaged snacks available for your group available in your meeting area.
  • There is ONE small refrigerator and ONE small microwave available in the conference room area.

PLEASE NOTE:  Alhatti is *ONLY* responsible for replacing towels & emptying trash.  All guests are responsible for maintaining their own rooms.

  • The cottages include:
    • Bed Linen
    • Blankets (Down Home Comforters)
    • Towels in Bathrooms
    • Fireplaces
    • Coffee pot
    • Television w/ select Direct TV Cable stations
    • Landline Telephone
    • Wi-Fi Access
    • Liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers are available in the bathroom shower area. Lotion is not included.
    • Outdoor woodfires are prohibited.  Bon Fires are prohibited.
    • Propane Fire pits may be allowed but require a permit and inspection.
    • No open fires, only gas patio pits which are made available onsite
  • We have learned that Verizon Wireless is the only steady / consistent phone signal that works without issues.  Other cell phone services work at certain spots throughout the property and are not STABLE.
  • Landlines are available in each room, for an additional $10 per person who requires an access code.
    The WI-FI service is provided by Hughes.net at standard speed.
    • 12am (Midnight) is the closing times for the Conference rooms and Outdoor Amenities due to Citywide curfews established
    • 7am is the earliest the Conference room is made available each day
  • We provide one podium microphone and speaker with your retreat. Additional AV equipment/specialized items are available for a small fee.
